Yesterday was a great day as the Republicans took control of the US House, NC Senate, and managed to pick up some US Senate seats and Gubanatorial seats as well. We went to a victory party at the Guilford County GOP Headquarters, where we had a great time watching the results roll in with other Conservatives...
We also made "Election Day Cookies." I had done this several years back and we decided it would be a fun thing to do again!
I had trouble making my icing writing very defined. In case you can't tell, these cookies are meant to say "GOP," "Burr," and "T Party" :-)
We are so happy that our country is headed back in the RIGHT direction!!!
